CALL ORDER PICK-UP

 Aditya Pharmacy introduces a convenient way to order and pickup items from your preferred Aditya Pharmacy stores. This is to ensure that our customers obtain their medicines and other items with minimum contact and minimum time spent at the store. All customers are requested to avail this facility especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and ensure social distancing.

Call your preferred local Aditya Pharmacy Store and order for yourself or for a beneficiary.

Arrange pick-up at your preferred store at your convenient day/time.

The store will send you or beneficiary a text / whatsapp message and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. Either inside store or our associate will bring it outside the store to you.

Details of process:

  1. Call your preferred local Aditya Pharmacy Store and Order for yourself or for a beneficiary.
  2. For prescription medicines, a copy of your prescription is required. You can send it via whatsapp message. In good lighting, lay your prescription on a flat surface. Use your phone to take a picture of the entire prescription and send the picture using whatapp to your local store. See Store locator for contact details of the store nearest you.
  3. Order your items, inform your payment mode, and arrange pick-up at your preferred store at your convenient day/time. A minimum of 2 hours is required for order processing and keep items ready for pick-up.
  4. While placing your order, give the sales person your name and contact details of the person picking up the order.
  5. Our sales person will confirm with you your order, pick-up store, along with date and time.
  6. You will be given an unique order number which you must keep handy to collect your order.
  7. The store will send you or beneficiary a text / whatsapp message and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. The text message includes the order ID, pick date and time, and list of order items.
  8. When you arrive at the store on the designated date/time:
    You can either pickup your order at the Store counter or
    Reply “I am HERE” to the text message or Call the store and our sales person will bring the items to you outside the store without you entering the store.
  9. Show proof of your photo ID and give Order Number to the sales person.
  10. Make Payment. Options include cash, mobile payment, credit card payments.
  11. Once payment is cleared, you will be handed the items by the sales person.
