Presently, we do not maintain an online purchase store. In case we setup one in future, we will inform all our esteemed customers about the same.

If you wish to order prescription medication from Aditya Pharmacy, yes you do need a valid prescription issued by your local doctor. You do not need a prescription to buy over-the-counter health products.

Yes. We do need to receive an original copy of your prescription before we make a sale in the store. If you do not have one at the time of purchase, You can also your physician to whatapp your prescription directly to Aditya Pharmacy.

• Call your preferred local Aditya Pharmacy Store or a nationwide toll-free number and Order for yourself or for a beneficiary.
• Order your items, inform your payment mode, and arrange pick-up at your preferred store at your convenient day/time. A minimum of 2 hours is required for order processing and keep items ready for pick-up.
• While placing your order, give the sales person your name and contact details of the person picking up the order.
• Our sales person will confirm with you your order, pick-up store, along with date and time.
• You will be given an unique order number which you must keep handy to collect your order.
• The store will send you or beneficiary a text / whatsapp message and/or email when your order is ready for pickup. The text message includes the order ID, pick date and time, and list of order items.
• When you arrive at the store on the designated date/time:
• You can either pickup your order at the Store counter or
  Reply “I am HERE” to the text message or Call the store and our sales will person bring the items to you outside the store without you entering the store.
• Show proof of your photo ID and give Order ID to the sales person.
• Make Payment. Options include cash, mobile payment, credit card payments.
• Once payment is cleared, you will be handed the items by the sales person.

When you purchase products from Aditya Pharmacy in-person or by phone, you can pay using Cash, Mobile Payment and Credit / Debit card (Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro). If you prefer to use a different payment method than the ones listed, simply call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you can request a price match from Aditya Pharmacy. Simply show us recent proof of the lower price at another accredited pharmacy for our customer service team to review. Please note that the drug has to be identical and sold under the same terms.

No. Aditya Pharmacy does not sell any narcotics or controlled substances. If you have a prescription for any such drugs, please visit your local pharmacy.
